On the improve list Kevin clarified that the restriction on players only 
applies to DC.

He didn't, however, explain how Ken's app is supposed to know where a 
stack file came from, nor why the actual wording in the agreement 
implies a broader scope than he defined there.

I suspect some clarification will be forthcoming.
