HC hand cursor

I need to duplicate the HC hand cursor in one of my projects (the MC and 
Rev hands aren't similar enough.) I have successfully imported the image 
and made a cursor out of it, but it is inverted when used. Clicking on 
it with a paint tool doesn't fix it. Before I give it another try, does 
anyone already have this cursor made?
