Field limit?

have you tried this:

 open file theFile for read
put 0 into tOffset
repeat while it is not empty ## or eof or something like that
 read from file for 80 at tOffset+1
put it & cr after temp
add 80 to tOffset
end repeat
 close file theFile
put temp into fld X

You get the idea, I didn't test it.
