libURL - Post: Wait until all previous requests have been handled

Hi,

I would like to post something (Multipart Formdata) to an URL on 
mouseUp. Sometimes libURL return "error Previous request not completed". 
How do I find out if the last posts aren´t busy anymore and I can do the 
next post?
