New question about using Valentina

Valentina is its own database engine/server. It isnt a client for mySQL
Server.

There is an additional product called Valentina ODBC which adds an ODBC
driver to your apps, so its possible to use ODBC to interactively import
data into Valentina. This is very useful, for example, if you want to import
data from Excel or some other ODBC compliant application into your
application.
