Scrollbar cutoff 2.9?

Hi Klaus,

Might be related to the mis-draw of the option/combo  button selectArrow in 
2.9-rc2.

This  shows the SAME stack!

Front: Rev, engine 2.9 RC2
Back: MC, engine 2.9  RC2

?????????????

I thought the engine would manage this?
Tried  a zillion combinations of settings, nope...

Any opinions?
