Deleting custom property sets

I've updated my copy of the Custom Properties dialog/stack to include a 
button that allows me to delete whole custom property sets at a time. 
I've uploaded it to the Yahoo MC_IDE Files/Extras area.

If there is enough interest in this, we could add it to the IDE.
