Menu madness

I have a stack with menusthat that include Cmd/Ctrl shortcuts. These  
shortcuts are activated under Windows even though the active stack has nothing  to do 
with the menu's host stack. Fine on OSX.
 
This is using 2.65
 
Use 2.72 and it's cured.
 
What on earth was going on?
