Wait 30 days? You only have to register the engine once. If you 
registered the Rev IDE, the MC IDE should just work. It does need an 
old-style MC licensed Home stack though.

No, that one wouldn't work. But whatever registered Home stack you are 
using for your Mac version should work on Windows.
