Metacard IDE installation

I've seen references to the instructions for installing the Metacard 
IDE into Revolution, but no URLs to the instructions.  I would try it 
from the various emails I've read recently, but it sounded like the 
newest version of Revolution has different instructions than other 
versions.

So.... how do I get the MC IDE up and running in Revolution 2.7.3?
