What is version 2.7?

Hi Shari,

if you want to be happy with your new machine you will need to go  
2.7.x, as it is the first version that supports Universal Binary and  
INTEL native apps on a Mac. If you have an older engine, you will  
need to run the apps in the Rosetta emulation layer of the Os, which  
most of your customers with new Macs will not like, as it is much  
slower and not what users will expect.
