Did this dump come when he was connected or disconnected from the  
net?  Is he using just a modem to connect to the net or does he say  
he is using ethernet?  I ask because I do not see reference to a nic  
at all in this.   I must admit that I am no expert with this, but we  
should see something like the following below.  The PPP is throwing  
me off.  Doesn't that have to do with older traditional modems?
