MC IDE File:Open

May I request that the "File:Open" menu either default to allowing all  files 
to be selected (with filter ""), or allow all files to be selected if the  
shiftKey is down? Currently Windows stacks cannot be selected and this is a  
simple way to remedy the problem.

I have to re-write the File menu handler every time an IDE release is  issued 
which is not a big deal but is a bit of a pain  ;-)
