Can anyone confirm if the following is sound...
 
revSpeech SAPI4.DLL = Windows 95, 88, ME, NT and 2000 (systemVersion  <5.1)
revSpeech SAPI5.DLL = Windows XP (systemVersion >=5.1)

 
Reason:
To identify and set the correct speech external filePath for any given  WIn 
platform.
