erroneous errors again? part 666/6

I think i have a receipe for this error!

It only appears whith long comments between "/*...*/" at the beginning 
of a script,
but in a very strange way???

This one works without problems:

/*
comment blabla...
*/


But this one throws the above mentioned error:

/**
comment blabla...
*/


Looks like the second "*" after the comment sign is causing the engine
to behave this strange...
