Display of groups in Control Browser

More of the problem:

As a side effect, controls that are falsely indented after a group 
cannot be raised or lowered using the two buttons at the bottom of the 
Control Browser.

In the Revolution Application Browser the controls of a group are 
indented correctly. Comparing the relevant scripts of Control Browser 
and the Rev Application Browser seems to be difficult at first look 
because the scripting approach is widely different.
