Hi Rick,
In these messages there are scripts that send the
content of a field or variable to a cgi script in
a server.

The advantage of using a cgi in a server is that
the user could post your data from any network.
Only one caveat, some firewalls do not let Metacard
to post data to a server. Ask to your Network
administrator permission to your Metacard application
for get and send data to the web.
Do you know that you could post files to a server,
using the more recent version of libURL?
