Paint Tools "Select" tool actually selects the spray can

Ken, you wanna take a moment to fix that? :) It's sure be appreciated. 
I can fold it into the next build.

Ideally after you make the change just clone the stack into a separate 
file and I'll fold it into the master for the next release.
