| Hi JB
|
| This could probably work :
|
| Replace your flat-file database back-end by an SQL one (Access,
| FileMaker, Valentina, MySQL, PostGreSQL,...) you can access trough an
| ODBC driver in using the RevDB library on the Revolution CGI side and
| Excel on the client-side (the recent issues of MS Excel are able to read
| and write via ODBC).
|
| Hope this help.
Hello,
a while ago,
i've used an odbc driver for excel which is part of standard windows (?)
but, i've done this with Perl and an odbc package ( library ).
Revolution has an access to odbc; so , I guess this should easily works
all the best, thierry
