Agreed. Script libraries are clearly dual use. Plugins (if any) should 
be. The IDE should stay minimal.

This strategy would go with the earlier discussion of having the option 
of running the MC IDE from within Revolution (as a plugin if I am right 
which autodisables the Rev IDE)
