Windows Registry again

Regarding the icon for Windows in the registry.... doesn't the 
following hard-code a specific path to the program?  What if the user 
puts the program somewhere else?


     get setRegistry("HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Blackjack Gold\DefaultIcon\", 
"C:\Program" && \
         "Files\Blackjack Gold\Blackjack Gold.exe,1")

         get setRegistry("HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Blackjack
