scrolling problem

After more experimenting I believe, that the fault is in the Border 
Width. If Field Properties/Extra/Border Width = 2, there are not strange 
lines in the field after fast moving the scroll upwards; if BorderWidth 
= 1 they appear.
It seems, there is indeed a bug in the engine.
