RevNet update

[Richard Gaskin]

RevNet has been updated with info on revJournal, including the addition of a
new section that downloads and displays headlines and article summaries from
the revJournal server.

For Rev 2.0 users, just select Development->Plugins->GoRevNet

Users of earlier Rev versions and MetaCard users who don't yet have the
GoRevNet plugin can download it from from the Fourth World Revolution
