I'm there.  I'm downloading.  I'm VERY GRATEFUL to all of you who 
replied.  And most of all to Mark Talluto for hosting these files on 
his Canela Software site.

I'm usually so anal about having backups of things.  For some reason, 
my anality (new word here) failed me.
