New tool proposal for the MetaCard IDE

Hi Guys,

I'll gladly contribute the improved stacks I've made:

- Script Editor (can be spun off as a text editor too)
- Control browser
- Stack Browser - browse folders and files in a breeze!
- Message Box (with memory and type-ahead (currently broken))
- PropertiesX (lots more properties)...
- ToolbarX - better, smaller, smarter and more functions than MCTools
- ClipperX (Clipboard manager)
- XTools - every property and dirty trick in MC in one stack!
- Improved ContextMenu
- Improved Font Palette (2 kinds!)

And much more...

I plan to port the Help Stacks to an XOS Format to see if
it is easier for everyone to keep it with examples and more tips.

One thing that nagged me about previous MC update efforts was the
lack of hyperlinks to new functions, changes, notes, examples, etc...
