I think you are looking for:

set the fileName of image 1 to empty

I would also be careful when setting the imageData property. You'll get 
unexpected results if you set it to something invalid. Note that you *cannot* 
set the imageData directly to the contents of an image file, unless it 
contains raw pixel values.
