Printing cards with dynamic windows

I have a stack that has contents that often require a scrollbar. When I
print the cards, only the material in the normal window height appears,
leaving the rest of the text invisible.

I'm looking for "Print setup" off the Menu Bar, but see nothing listed.
When I search for print setup in the Help stack, it shows there is
"Print setup" in the index, but nothing happens when I click on it and I
can't figure out how to access the information. I searched the FAQ at
http://www.xworlds.com/metacard/index.htm and found nothing helpful.

What am I missing?
