accent char workaround

I discovered an interesting workaround for the fact
that windows and macintosh do not use the same
characters for umlauts, accents, and other
international characters.

Basilisk. I run hypercard under basilisk and metacard
under windows - use the mini mac window so you can
still see the windows desktop - and then just copy
text from basilisk and paste into windows - and the
accents are _correctly formatted.

This is really useful to me and I thought it might be
useful to others.
