Vertical text fields

Hi every1,

Sorry to bother this list with what is probably a trivial question...but I
don't seem to be able to find any way to make a text field so that the text
runs vertically (i.e. from bottom to top on the left side).

I do not need this field editable...I simply want some text in a field,
locked, that prints out as text on a printer...not as bit-mapped if I use
simply graphics...

Also...if I make a stack which contains say 200 Mb of audio clips into a
standalone does the computer need 200Mb of free RAM or hard drive space to
open it and run it?
