Hi Fred & MC list,

I saw that entry in the archive. I don't know enough about applescript to
know how to do it. I am wondering whether it is just the G4 cube that has
a quirky CD-ROM. I have spent a lot of time on CD externals and plug-ins
on various authoring environments (HC and Director, for example), and in
one case I found that an external didn't work on the cube (tested on 2
machines), but was OK on other G4 tower models. I'd be really keen on the
applescript option.

Are there any applescript gurus out there who could give some hints on how
to control an audio CD and/or read time code from it?
