Absolute paths for Quicktime movies?

I am using relative paths for QT movies for years.
(Or at least since MC supports QT on win ;-)

No problems so far, and i produced several CD-Rom applications
that can be launched directly from CD.

I even set the relative path while developing.

No idea what could be wrong with your paths.
