Is this Apple's default mail app?  If yes, Apple's version of it needs some
work.  Anyone who's used to anything like Outlook or Eudora will be severely
frustrated by the limited customization options, painfully simple mail
rules, mysterious reappearance of messages in the in box and wacky UI
behavior.  Unless you have very simple mail needs, this is, IMO, one app to
be avoided.
