Numeric sort with negative numbers

Hmmm...

I just ran this test:

on mouseUp
  get fld 1
  sort it numeric descending
  put it
end mouseUp

In field 1 I had this:

500
100
23
-10
-100
30
-45
-50
15

...and it sorted to this:

500
100
30
23
15
-10
-45
-50
-100
