quit and restarted. now i can type in the msg,
but every key produces a "|" (bar/cursor) in the
msg!

btw, is this the right place for this kind of
feedback or should i send it to support? in HC
the msg is where i usually start misc.
experiments, like trying to remember which is div
and which is rom. neither of which appears under
"functions" in the script editor!

boy, that script editor has a lot of great
features. beginning programmers will save LOTS of
time with everything right there in the menu.
