Windows XP

I just received the following e-mail from a customer.  The program was 
written in MC 2.3.  Has anyone had any experience with Windows XP and know 
what the problem is?

>> I just received your program as a gift.  When I tried to install it on our 
computer, which is using Windows XP, it came up with a message that said, 
"Metacard engine for Win32 has encountered an error." Then the program would 
not install.

Do you have a fix for this??  <<

Has anyone experienced something like this with Windows XP?
