Hey, Rev folks --
Maybe if you made the link to the unsubscribe so clear that no one
could possible not know how to unsubscribe, all of us wouldn't be
getting these emails?
Something clever like "Unsubscribe here" would do the trick for most
(not all, I'm sure).
Or "We can't unsubscribe you, but you can by clicking here"
Or "If you click here we will never send you another email"
