Sims

I have a keen interest in educational simulations, and while I can find 
  a few Rev-based sims of mechanical phenomena (like the great Reactor 
Lab) I haven't yet seen any for the "soft sciences" like sociology, 
psychology, history, etc.

Have any of you built sims or "role-playing games" or other related 
wares for use in your courses?
