How to unsubscribe from this list

I never ever subscribed to this list.  PLEASE get me off.  The way you
suggest does not work since I first have to enter a password that I
never logged in with in the first place.

There seems to be rash of people on RunRev lists recently who would like

to unsubscribe -- not sure how they got subscribed without an 
double-opt-in (RunRev does the customary confirm-by-email, no?), but to 
unsubscribe is easy:

info, where you can change your settings including cancelling the 
subscription altogether:
