How to unsubscribe from this list

There seems to be rash of people on RunRev lists recently who would like 
to unsubscribe -- not sure how they got subscribed without an 
double-opt-in (RunRev does the customary confirm-by-email, no?), but to 
unsubscribe is easy:

Please not that at the bottom of every post is a link to subscription 
info, where you can change your settings including cancelling the 
subscription altogether:
