Web direction for list archives and digest mode...

Heather is changing that even as we speek!

Now that our growing pains are behind us, I assume that, from now on,  
people are subscribing to the list from the Web where they can pick  
between the two formats. Our initial problem was that we had a large  
number of people who had subscribe, literally, years ago to a list  
that had become dormant.

If this proves not to be the case, I will follow your suggestion.
