This is the beauty of Revolution stacks - usually the object [button,  
field, graphic] has the script that drives that object within that  
object. Like you, that was how I learned HC programming.

And, in teaching Revolution programming, I found that my students  
natural desire to poke and prod things would lead them to viewing the  
scripts. They thought they were 'sneaking' into the system. ;)
