Name removal process/It is still not working

Ms. Nagy:

Your process for name removal still does not work.  I asked to be removed a 
few days ago and I am still receiving emails including your last one.  Your 
office should have sent an email immediately to everyone when this problem 
occurred asking everyone not to respond to education-revolution@ but to you 
instead.  Consequently, we all receive everyone's request to be removed.
