This is at least the second time that I have been "automatically" added to
this list. I have attempted to unsubscribe so we'll see if that works.
Considering that I have to confirm an Unsubscribe request, that should be
the method to get on this list in the first place.

I have never attempted to subscripe nor have I ever received or sent a
