New stack: html exporter

Dear all,

New stack in the gallery, an HTML exporter. Rather than take a  
snapshot, it creates corresponding widgets in html, with the html  
separated from the css (easy to re-edit the content), all that saved  
in a kind of slideshow interface (you can easily navigate to previous  
or next card).

Mostly the work of Richmond Mathewson.

(not 100% finished, for instance, no export of quicktime content  
yet... but that's not very difficult to add -- you may need to use  
the ctr+ or ctr- in your browser to adjust the font size, at least on  
a mac, still it works pretty well with standard multimedia content).
