Hi Steve,

Thanks for taking the time to check this out.

Strange, I checked it out before posting my email and tried it again  
right now copy/pasting the link below... works normally on my  
computer. In my logs, I have seen a lot of 404 due to trailing  
characters (spaces or >) or cut address (as often happens with long  
urls overlapping two lines)...

Here is a tiny url to the zip file of the teacher manual, without  
trailing spaces or extra characters:
