Fix this list

[Michael Maitzen]

There seem to be quite a few problems with this list. I keep getting
multipule copies of each e-mail filling my box up. I followed the
instructions on the first Welcome e-mail for unsubscribing but the password
I was given does not work. Please fix these problems before I and everyone
else start getting very upset with you.

don't know what else to do.
